Website Warranty will cover the following:

Upgrading of scripts to the latest scripts throughout the maintenance period

Fixing of site error due to a compatibility issue when Server OS is upgraded

Fixing of site security and pasting of site security loophole

If the website is hacked within the warranty period, the website will be recovered into the delivered state.
- If website failed to recover, First Online will compensate a new website with the old content provided.

- In the absence of a Website Warranty, any maintenance jobs carried out will be charged based on per job basis.
- Renewable Website Warranty for Second Year (*optional*) is RM300

– We offer (.com) domain for free subject to domain name availability.
– You can also upgrade to (.my)/(.com.my)/(.biz.my)/(.gov.my)/(.edu.my) based on your needs. (Notes: You will need to top up additional price for the upgrade)
